MISSION

The school of Culinary Arts, Hospitality, and Tourism focuses on preparing students to provide services for others through culinary arts, hospitality services in hotels, travel planning and restaurants.
 
 

VISION

To create a safe and nurturing 21stcentury learning community, where all students develop the necessary skills to compete in a global society.  Eastside High School will emerge as a  model urban institution that will prepare all students for higher education opportunities as well as effective job placement readiness.
